🏕️ Join us for a Weekend of Fun at the Faire!

Friday, 4pm – Campsite Social:
Co-hosted with the DeafBlind Community of Texas, kick off the festivities by setting up in our reserved area. Connect with new friends, reunite with old ones, and gear up for an exciting weekend!

Saturday and Sunday – Faire Days:
Visit our table near the front gate for the full schedule of interpreted shows. Make the most of your day and immerse yourself in the revelry!

Deaf Social at the Lionheart Tavern:
Saturday and Sunday at Noon, take a break inside the faire. Enjoy complimentary snacks, debrief with your team, meet friends, and stay hydrated! Don’t forget the group photo opportunity.

Pub Sing at the Elven Hill Stage:
As the day winds down, gather at the top of the hill for final announcements, community hours sign-offs, and exchange contact info for mentoring and collaborations. Capture memories in our last group photo and bid farewell until next time!

Campsite Information:

BYO chair, tent, toiletries, etc.
Covered kitchen area with long tables for food serving.
Catered evening meals available for $5/person on Friday and Saturday for ASL Program volunteers and Deaf Community patrons.
Healthy-adjacent breakfast snacks at 8am, followed by the Morning Meeting at the front gate at 9am.
Campgrounds open from Noon Friday – Noon Monday, with most leaving Sunday evening after 7pm. Overnight stays are welcome!
Remember to hydrate, and prepare for a fantastic weekend filled with camaraderie and joy.
